Orders that contain more than 1 item are given processing time in accordance with the item.

Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out an exhaustive inspection of the products you have ordered. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock once the order is placed.

Our policy lasts for thirty days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide a refund or an exchange.

To be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
